Golden State Transaction Coordinators is a family owned & operated company that offers Transaction Coordination (TC) services for all California Realtors and Brokers.
 
At Golden State TC, we are committed to managing your escrow from acceptance to closing. We track your contingency removal and close of escrow dates, manage your state and county disclosure paperwork until all documents are fully executed, and ensure that all reports have been reviewed by the purchaser of the home before close of escrow. We also communicate with the escrow officer and the lender to ensure that all parties are meeting contract deadlines.
 
At Golden State TC, we manage your paperwork to completion, freeing up to 12 hours of strenuous processing work that you can spend on producing new opportunities, developing new business relationships, or on personal time.
