• Prepare contract addendum or extension of time addendum & e-sign to your client in a rush.

• Provide updates on the progress of your escrow file on a regular basis.

• Create a digital file of all fully executed contract documents, disclosures and reports & upload files to an online management system (Dropbox, Google Drive, etc.) or send directly to your broker.

• Provide you with two copies of your documents on CD at close.
